The amazing water wheel
I balanced slowly across the beam to the amazing water wheel. It felt like I was jumping in slow motion on to the water wheel.
I could hear happy people screaming. I was feeling as scared as a fish and as nervous as a spider. I could feel with my hands wet wood and on the floor it was all soggy. I just fell straight into the water. I could taste green salty water. I was so, so, so proud I pushed in line so I could do it again. And all the people said to me,” Was that fun?” I said, “Yes”. “Was it scary/” I said “No.”
